Site Inspection

This includes meetings with the General Contractor, and other Trades to check that every aspect of the project is being followed to plan, and is code compliant.

Site Visits

Frequency of site visits will be determined by the client. This includes communication via phone, email, and text with client, contractor, trades, and suppliers.

Customization

Revisions to drawings, and specifications as required, with additional drawings as needed.

Consultation, and coordination with Architect, Builder, and Sub-Contractors.
